Blue Smoke Chester (27/6/26)

The first thing I will say, the staff were lovely, very polite and very apologetic

What brought me in to Blue smoke was the food offer they had, £19 for one main, 2 sides and unlimited refills on soft drinks, i thought this was a great deal! But sadly, we wernt impressed, not sure if they had an off day or this is the norm but the food was not what was expected

First, they brought us the wrong meal, it was for another table

Second, our meal came out cold, looked rare and didn't taste that good

Third, the food was hotter the third time but was still undercooked, the staff said " these have just come out the oven so it's fresh" it was only room temp

We got up and just left, I don't think we will be returning here
